  • Experiences and overnight stays at our facilities

By accessing our Website and completing a purchase, you fully accept these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products and Services

2.1 Product Description

The products offered are described in detail on our Website. Images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product, as our items, particularly those related to agricultural production, may vary due to their artisanal nature.

2.2 Availability

Product availability is indicated in real-time on the Website. If the product becomes unavailable after placing an order, we will contact you within 5 working days to offer:

  • A replacement with an equivalent product

  • A full refund

  • Waiting for restocking

2.3 Services

Available services include experiences related to:

Orders

  • You agree to pay the total amount indicated, including shipping costs and any applicable taxes.

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email containing the order number and purchase details.

Prices and Payments

4.1 Prices

  • All prices are expressed in Euros (€).

  • Prices include VAT depending on the type of product (from 4% to 22%).

  • Prices do not include shipping costs, which are displayed separately during checkout.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal, SatisPay, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Cash on Delivery.

PayPal

PayPal is a secure online payment method that allows you to pay for your order directly from your account.

Satispay

Pay quickly and securely using the Satispay app. Upon order confirmation:

  • Select Satispay as your payment method.

  • Scan the QR code displayed on the screen or confirm the payment directly from the app.

  • You will receive a transaction confirmation notification.

Bank Transfer

After receiving the automatic order confirmation email, we will send you the banking details to proceed with the transfer. The goods will be shipped once payment is verified.

Credit Card

This payment method allows you to use your credit card securely. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Cash on Delivery

Payment is made upon delivery of the goods in cash only. Cash on delivery requires an additional fee of €3.5.

4.3 Invoicing

  • An invoice is automatically issued for each purchase.

  • To receive an invoice with a VAT number, the details must be entered during the purchase process.

4.4 Payment Security

  • Transactions are protected by SSL protocol.

  • Credit card details are never saved or managed directly by us but handled exclusively by the banking institution via certified payment platforms.

Shipping

Shipping conditions vary based on the purchased product category.

5.1 Physical Products (Oil, Essential Oil, Hydrosol):

5.1.1 National Shipping via BRT:

Shipping costs vary based on weight and destination. Additional fees apply for special deliveries.

5.1.2 International Shipping via BRT DPD (up to 31.5 kg):

Shipping rates depend on the destination country and weight, with possible additional customs fees for certain locations.

5.2 Experiences and Overnight Stays:

  • Immediate confirmation via email with booking details.

  • Mandatory booking at least 7 days in advance.

  • Minimum number of participants as specified in the event description.

  • Right to cancel if the minimum number of participants is not met.

  • Full refund or voucher in case of cancellation by us.

Right of Withdrawal

6.1 Withdrawal Terms

In accordance with Legislative Decree 21/2/2014, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

6.2 Withdrawal Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email at info@godarsvillage.com.

6.3 Product Return

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal communication.

  • Return costs are borne by the customer.

  • Products must be intact and in their original packaging.

  • Returns of opened or used products are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

6.4 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of withdrawal communication.

  • The same payment method used for purchase will be used for the refund.

  • Refunds may be delayed until goods are received.

6.5 Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Services already provided.

  • Personalized products.

  • Sealed products opened after delivery.

  • Experiences and overnight stays canceled outside the specified terms.

Complaints and Warranty

7.1 Complaint Procedure

  • Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of product receipt.

  • Include order number and photographic documentation.

7.2 Legal Warranty

  • 24-month warranty for consumers (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

  • 12-month warranty for purchases with a VAT number.
